BareBones is this Texas born singer-songwriter's second self-released album. Produced in Austin, Texas with Gabriel Rhodes, producer/guitarist, John Chipman on drums, and Scott Garber on bass, this album is finding a welcoming home in the hearts of listeners, as well as fellow Texas songwriters. Sliva readily admits that writing songs is all she's ever wanted to do. "Writing songs is a continual force of guidance and healing for me... I'd be lost without it." So many influential artists have helped shaped her songwriting; too many to name, with the first being, Joni Mitchell. Over the years, the list has grown to include Rosanne Cash, Lucinda Williams, Dwight Yoakum, Emmylou Harris, Merle Haggard, Kelly Willis... just to name a few. For anyone longing to hear a homegrown sound that can only come from Texas...  take your boots off, sit back, and have a listen… you’ll find it here.
